President and Chairman of the Board
He is a certified level I and II coach and has been coaching for the last five
years. His accomplishments and belief in the future of our youth are the
reasons why he is here and willing to lead this board.
Michael Catlin
Founder and Vice President
He is married to Tonya, who is a wonderful wife and mother to their three children
-- Drew, Matthew, & Hailey. He is a USBC bronze certified coach the head
bowling coach at White Station High School. He has been coaching for five years
and has had four players to sign with college teams and looks forward to many
more doing so.
Laura Madsen
Treasurer
She has been a mainstay in the area youth leagues for a number of years. She has
been a certified coach for 20 years, a junior league coordinator for 5 years, and is
proud to be the boys bowling coach at CBHS, a position for which she has held
for 4 years.
Marietta Watkins
Secretary
No one else was better qualified to help at this position. She has been involved
with our youth leagues as a secretary for the last 26 years. She also is a ceritfied
level I coach.
Karlton Govan
Mr. Govan has been instrumental in the handling the "behind the scenes" aspects
that relate to the development of our foundation. He also is a Level I & II certified
coach.
Marvin Jackson
He is a certified level I & II coach and has been an integral part of the SSJBA in the
Memphis area.
Jerry Bafford
Mr. Bafford has been and continues to be a proud supporter of the area youth
leagues. He is a certified level I coach and has been coaching in the youth leagues
for the last 5 years.
Carl Barsotti
He is the general manager at Winchester Bowl. He is a supporter of the kids in our
area. He supports the high schools by allowing them, during their season, to bowl
at no cost to the kids. Furthermore, Mr. Barsotti, personally is interested in the
growth of the youth leagues and the future of bowling in the Memphis area.

the local TNBA association.
